Job Role:
Joinery Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our joinery division. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in managing joinery works, site supervision, and ensuring high‑quality finishes in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise joinery production and installation works on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure joinery works are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, tools, and materials to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks to meet finishing standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
- Resolve technical/site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in joinery supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership and communication skills to manage site teams.
- UAE experience in Multiple joinery preferred.
