ATIXperts is looking for an O&M Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems. The role focuses on ensuring efficient plant performance, routine monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
QualificationDiploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or relevant field
Experience3–5 years in water treatment plant operations (RO/UF preferred)
NationalityAny (UAE-based or willing to relocate)
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor RO, UF, and other treatment systems efficiently
- Conduct routine checks on pumps, valves, instruments, and dosing systems
- Maintain log sheets, performance data, and operational records
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Ensure plant performance meets quality and production targets
- Follow safety procedures and report any abnormalities or issues
