Abu Dhabi Role overview## Description We are hiring a Production Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for supervising daily production activities, manpower, machinery, and workflow to ensure safe and timely completion of fabrication and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and fabrication activities
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials effectively
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and procurement departments
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements
• Supervise welders, fabricators, machinists, and helpers
• Maintain daily production and manpower reports

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering industries
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and production processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities

Preferred certifications:
• WMS or PMP training certificates
• Quality, HSE, or Safety training certifications
