We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, stores and inventory management across our manufacturing facilities.
In this role you will provide direct leadership to a team of 15‑30 supervisors, storekeepers and forklift operators. You will assist the Warehouse Manager in maximizing space utilization, enforcing strict FIFO compliance, driving 5S methodologies and ensuring error‑free outbound dispatches to meet customer timelines.
Key Responsibilities Inbound OperationsSupervise daily receiving of raw materials, resins, master batches, additives and engineering spares against Local Purchase Orders (LPOs). Ensure immediate Quality Control (QC) sampling and prompt logging of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) into the ERP system.
Layout & StorageOptimize indoor pallet racking and outdoor yard storage for large‑diameter products.
Inventory ControlLead daily cycle‑counting programs and implement root‑cause analysis for any stock variances.
FIFO & TraceabilityEnforce strict First‑In First‑Out (FIFO) rules and batch traceability from raw material to finished goods.
Outbound LogisticsExecute daily picking, packing, staging and dispatch of finished goods according to Sales Delivery Orders.
DocumentationOversee error‑free generation of Delivery Notes, packing lists and gate passes.
Team LeadershipConduct daily toolbox meetings, manage shift rosters and evaluate worker performance across multiple shifts.
HSE ComplianceMandate 100% Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance and daily safety checks for Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a Graduate Engineer/Diploma in a technical discipline.
- 6–8 years of progressive warehouse and inventory control experience strictly within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role within plastic piping, construction materials, or heavy manufacturing in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record of managing 15–30+ floor staff (loaders, forklift drivers) across multi‑shift operations.
- Proficient in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real‑time tracking, layout planning, and safety stock calculation.
- Strong knowledge of local UAE logistics documentation and transport clearance protocols.
