Team Leader-PH Production Area

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production operations ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets within the PH production area.
• Lead and mentor a team of production associates fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain a secure workplace.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Manage material flow and inventory within the production area, ensuring timely availability of resources and preventing shortages.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure all products meet stringent specifications and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 10 or more production personnel.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical production.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a demonstrated ability to address complex production challenges.
