MS Pipes Fabricator and Welndor

Responsibilities

• Precisely cut shape and assemble metal pipes according to detailed blueprints and schematics, ensuring exact dimensions and joint integrity.
• Execute high‑quality welding on various metal pipe materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys using appropriate welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick) to meet structural and pressure requirements.
• Perform pipe fitting including threading, grooving, and bending to connect sections and create complex piping systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in welding and pipe fitting is highly advantageous.
• Hold relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1, ASME Section IX) demonstrating proficiency in specific welding processes and materials.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial pipe fabrication and welding, preferably in sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing.
