Our busy bakery in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Entry‑Level Baker to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and looking to start their career in the industry. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Learn how to operate bakery equipment and machinery.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production of baked goods.
- No prior experience necessary but some knowledge or interest in baking is preferred.
- Must be able to follow recipes accurately and have basic math skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and take instruction well.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and work in a hot environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Visa sponsorship available for foreigners.
Starting salary of 1,600$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
