- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in multiple welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding for various metals.
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and its applications in welding processes for effective material selection.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a fabrication shop or manufacturing environment.
