External Job Description
Join as a Painter to perform coating and finishing activities for parts and components in line with technical requirements. This role ensures high-quality surface preparation, painting, and curing while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform painting, spraying, and coating (including Cerakote) as per specifications
- Prepare surfaces, including sandblasting and masking
- Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Operate painting tools and curing ovens
- Inspect and ensure quality of painted components
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Technical Diploma in a relevant field (preferred)
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial painting
- 1–2 years of experience in Cerakote or similar coating
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of painting tools and materials
- Physical fitness and manual dexterity
- Teamwork and communication
