Join as a Painter to perform coating and finishing activities for parts and components in line with technical requirements. This role ensures high-quality surface preparation, painting, and curing while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform painting, spraying, and coating (including Cerakote) as per specifications.
- Prepare surfaces, including sandblasting and masking.
- Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Operate painting tools and curing ovens.
- Inspect and ensure quality of painted components.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Follow all safety and company procedures.
- Technical Diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial painting.
- 1–2 years of experience in Cerakote or similar coating.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of painting tools and materials.
- Physical fitness and manual dexterity.
- Teamwork and communication.
