Production Supervisor

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage workflow efficiency. This role requires coordinating production schedules, managing materials, supervising production staff, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will serve as the crucial link between management and the production floor, executing approved job orders from receipt through final delivery. This position demands strong organizational abilities, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of signage production processes.

The supervisor ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, while maintaining our reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

• Manage production schedules, coordinating workflows to meet project deadlines efficiently and consistently.
• Execute approved job orders from receipt through final delivery and client sign‑off.
• Arrange material procurement, ensuring adequate inventory and minimizing waste throughout production.
• Supervise production team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff regularly.
• Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring fabrication meets specifications and company standards.

• 4–6 years of UAE signage production experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of signage fabrication, materials, and quality standards.
• Problem‑solving abilities.
