Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and controlling CCM furnace refractory operations to achieve production quality and safety targets.
- Learn casting processes, billet quality requirements, and process parameter optimization.
- Support shift operations, production reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
- Participate in safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of steel manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
