1) Create and modify CNC programs for 5-axis milling and turn-mill machining centers.
2) Program using CAM software such as Mastercam, NX CAM, Hyper Mill, Power Mill, or Fusion 360.
3) Set up and operate CNC Turn-Mill machines independently.
4) Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
5) Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
6) Perform machine setup, tool offsetting, and prove-out of new programs.
7) Machine complex components to specified tolerances and surface finish requirements.
8) Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
9) Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.
10) Optimize cycle times and improve machining efficiency.
11) Maintain production and inspection records.
12) Follow all safety and quality procedures.
