Overview

Emirates Steel Arkan requires highly focused Overhead Crane Operators to safely lift, transport, and position extremely heavy steel products inside the massive industrial manufacturing plant.

• Climb up tall metal ladders safely every morning to reach the operating cabin located near the factory roof.
• Control massive mechanical hooks and strong magnetic plates to pick up heavy bundles of fresh steel bars.
• Watch the ground floor very carefully to make sure no other factory workers are walking directly under a suspended metal load.
• Report any strange noises or broken steel cables immediately to the maintenance engineering team before starting a new lift.

• Height Tolerance:
  The candidate must feel completely comfortable spending the entire working shift isolated high above the noisy factory floor.
• Precision Focus: A single mistake while moving thousands of kilograms of hot metal can cause a major industrial disaster, so extreme attention is required.
• Certification: A valid UAE heavy equipment license specifically for operating gantry or overhead cranes is strictly mandatory.

• Basic Income: 3,500 to 5,000 AED fixed monthly salary, depending on years of driving experience and successful trade test results.
