- Plan and lead oil production operations across all offshore fields.
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze daily production reports, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate annual production budgets and implement effective cost control measures.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
- Manage contractors and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Oversee emergency response activities and supervise corrective maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to oil production and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives for technological upgrades and digitalization to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
