Packer; Refinery

Job Description

BG Global is hiring for the starch manufacturing industry and is seeking a Packer (Refinery) to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient packing of finished starch products while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

• Operate and monitor packing machines to ensure smooth packaging operations.
• Pack finished products according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Verify product weight, labeling, sealing, and packaging integrity before dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area in line with food safety requirements.
• Identify and report packaging defects, equipment issues, or product non-conformities.
• Record packing quantities and production data accurately.
• Follow all HSE, GMP, and company safety procedures during operations.

• 1–3 years of experience in the starch manufacturing industry.
• Experience operating packing or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain production records.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
