Production Planner
About The Role
Develop and maintain the production schedule to support operations and satisfy the sales demand.
Control operational parameters and provide production status communications while continuously planning and prioritizing resources to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Responsibilities- Compile the master production plan to satisfy customer demand.
- Modify and adapt the master production plan due to engineering changes and material shortages.
- Maintain the master production plan with process data collected from reliable sources.
- Ensure the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is aligned and reflects the most recent information.
- Coordinate material and supply planners to ensure accurate material resource planning (MRP).
- Plan, direct, and schedule resources to ensure maximum performance in production with minimal delay.
- Forecast resource requirements such as manpower, equipment, and material to satisfy future production demand.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Compile monthly KPIs through credible information from various departments.
- 3–5 years of planning and scheduling multiple projects with a proven track record of delivering results; experienced in using MRP software.
- Bachelor’s Degree; fluent in English.
- Experienced SAP user in Production Planning (PP).
- English proficiency is required for all roles.
- 7+ years of industry and regional related experience in planning and scheduling multiple projects.
- Experienced SAP user in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
