** Full-Time#### About the RolePSI is seeking a hands-on Production Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and supervision of workshop production activities. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, material availability, quality control, workforce supervision, and safe workshop operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the mechanical or manufacturing industry and the ability to provide technical guidance, monitor workshop activities, and coordinate with logistics and other internal departments.####

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and organize production activities according to priorities established by the Production Manager.
* Ensure all materials, tools, drawings, and other resources required for production are available on time.
* Organize and maintain an effective document control system for production monitoring and tracking.
* Monitor the quality of workshop production and ensure output meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Adopt a hands-on approach to workshop activities and provide technical advice and practical guidance to workers.
* Train, monitor, and supervise workshop employees to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures.
* Monitor production progress and report delays, material shortages, quality issues, and operational concerns.
* Ensure workshop areas are kept clean, organized, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Coordinate with relevant departments regarding logistics, material movement, loading, and off-loading activities.
* Maintain accurate production records and report daily activities to the Direct Line Manager.
* Ensure employees follow approved Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in production, workshop, or manufacturing operations.
* Previous supervisory experience is required.
* Experience in the mechanical, fabrication, or manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of workshop production activities and material requirements.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documents, and specifications.
* Good leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong commitment to quality, workplace organization, and Health & Safety.#### Key Requirements
