** Full-Time#### About the RolePSI is looking for skilled Metal Fabricators to manufacture metal-door frames and components from extruded and formed sheet-metal profiles. The role involves reading work orders and drawings, measuring and marking materials, cutting and preparing profiles, supporting fit-up and welding, and completing final grinding and polishing.

The successful candidate must be able to work accurately with hand tools, cutting machines, measuring instruments, templates, jigs, and fixtures while maintaining quality and safety standards.####

Key Responsibilities
* Read and understand work orders, fabrication drawings, dimensions, and production instructions.
* Measure and mark sheet metal and formed profiles accurately before bending or cutting.
* Cut, bend, fit, and assemble metal profiles into door frames and related components.
* Prepare templates, jigs, and fixtures to improve consistency, accuracy, and production efficiency.
* Perform mitre cuts and bevel cuts on formed steel profiles using machines and hand tools.
* Prepare cut edges to precise specifications so joints align correctly before welding.
* Support fit-up, alignment, tack welding, and assembly of metal-door components.
* Finish welded areas by grinding, buffing, dressing, and final polishing.
* Inspect fabricated components using set squares, levels, measuring tapes, gauges, and other measuring tools.
* Confirm that all components comply with approved dimensions, tolerances, drawings, and specifications.
* Report dimensional errors, material defects, and production issues to the supervisor.
* Follow workshop safety procedures and correctly use personal protective equipment.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

* High School Certificate, Trade Certificate, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification.
* Relevant experience in sheet-metal, metal-door, structural, or general fabrication work.
* Ability to read work orders, fabrication drawings, dimensions, and technical instructions.
* Experience using cutting machines, grinders, hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
* Knowledge of mitre cutting, bevel cutting, fit-up, grinding, buffing, and finishing processes.
* Strong attention to dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and quality requirements.
* Physically fit and able to carry out fabrication work for prolonged periods.#### Key Requirements
