Fitter & TIG/Arc Welder

- Precisely interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute fitting and welding operations with accuracy
- Skillfully assemble fabricate and join metal components using TIG and Arc welding techniques ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality
- Perform precise cutting grinding and shaping of metal materials to meet exact specifications and project requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished work pieces identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from standards
- Possession of a relevant vocational training certificate or equivalent qualification in welding and fabrication.
- Certified TIG and Arc welding skills, preferably with recognized certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Fitter and Welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Familiarity with various metal types, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and their welding characteristics.
