To carry out the control panel operations of material handling systems, Reactor charge and discharge systems, Hot DRI Transport to SMP, Cold DRI handling, de-dustings systems, cement coating. Maintain the process parameters as per daily operating instructions and as per SOPs. Monitor and take timely action to avoid delays and unsafe events.
Process Maintenance- Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
- To coordinate with field staff and setting the field position of equipment and valves as required for the process
- To communicate with shift supervisor / Senior Panel Operator on any deviations and guidance
- Coordinate with MH Department for raw material feeding and Product discharge system.
- Familiarize with shutdown and start-up procedures and emergency handling procedures for safe operation of the plant
- Record process parameters in the log sheets
