Job Summary
The Masonry Wheel Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wheel loader equipment to support production activities, including transporting aggregates, raw materials, and small equipment within the production area. The role ensures uninterrupted material supply, proper equipment maintenance, operational efficiency, and compliance with company health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate the wheel loader to transport aggregates from storage bins to aggregate hoppers and support continuous production activities.
Transport raw materials and small equipment safely within the production area.
Ensure materials are handled, loaded, and moved accurately to prevent production delays and material wastage.
Conduct routine pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance of the wheel loader.
Perform regular equipment servicing activities, including fueling, lubrication, cleaning, and basic checks.
Monitor the condition and performance of the wheel loader during operations.
Report mechanical issues, equipment defects, or breakdowns promptly to the Plant Operator, Production Foreman, or Supervisor.
Coordinate with the Workshop team for preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company operational procedures, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.
Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure safe equipment operation at all times.
Report workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents to the concerned Supervisor.
High School qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Wheel Loader Operator or in a similar heavy-equipment operating role.
Valid UAE Wheel Loader Operator Certificate/License.
Experience operating wheel loaders in a manufacturing, construction, quarry, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of safe material-handling and equipment-operating procedures.
Ability to conduct routine equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues.
Ability to work safely in high-temperature and physically demanding environments.
