Responsibilities- Measure, cut, and stitch fabric according to required bed sheet sizes and designs
- Operate sewing machines and tailoring equipment safely and efficiently
- Sew hems, borders, elastic corners, and finishing details
- Check fabric quality before and after stitching
- Ensure accurate dimensions and maintain production standards
- Repair minor stitching defects and alterations when needed
- Iron, fold, and prepare finished bed sheets for packing
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

- Proven experience as a tailor or sewing machine operator
- Ability to cut, stitch, alter, and finish garments or textile products
- Knowledge of different fabrics and stitching techniques
- Ability to take measurements accurately
- Experience using industrial sewing machines (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines
- Basic communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours if required
- Teamwork and time management skills
