- Candidates should have a minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, electrical, or heavy engineering industries.
- ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate or equivalent qualification in the relevant trade.
- Ability to perform assembly, welding, grinding, electrical work, machine operation, and fabrication as per technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure product quality, follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards, maintain equipment properly, and support production targets.
