Cupital Cafe in Abu Dhabi is seeking a coffee Roaster to operate the BESCA 12 kg drum roaster according to approved profiles and production instructions. You will load green coffee, monitor roasts, and ensure consistency without unauthorised changes, while supporting daily planning and timely scheduled batches.
You will document roast logs, inventories, and simple reports; participate in near-daily cupping, brew evaluations, and sample preparation; use Excel/Sheets and roasting software;
