CNC operator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines, ensuring that the machines are operated safely and efficiently in order to produce high quality parts and products. The CNC Operator must have a thorough understanding of engineering drawings and basic machining processes/concepts.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is also essential.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, blueprints, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
• Set up controls and adjust machine settings as required for each job
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines such as oiling or greasing components
• Install cutting tools into holders as required for various jobs using wrenches or other hand tools
• Monitor machine output to ensure accuracy according to specifications
• Measure finished work pieces with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial gauges etc., in order to check conformance of machined parts to specifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an industrial setting is preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC machines such as lathes or mills
• Familiarity with G-code programming language
• Strong understanding of basic machining concepts
