Education: Trade Certification in Mechanical or relevant proven aerospace assembly experience;

Job Description

• Manufacture and assemble aerospace structural parts and components according to customer and company specifications.
• Perform sheet metal assembly for Class 1 aerostructures in accordance with required standards and specifications.
• Use assembly tooling, jigs, and pneumatic assembly tools effectively, including basic usage and repair.
• Read and work with design models, ERP systems, manufacturing plans, and assembly process specifications.
• Perform inspection and verification of assembled components and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, demonstrating strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and physical fitness.
• Experience with major aerospace OEMs, Lean Manufacturing, and ability to train and mentor team members is preferred.
