Position Overview:
Responsible for managing façade lighting projects from design coordination and procurement through installation, commissioning, handover, and maintenance
, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and client requirements.
Manage complete architectural and façade lighting projects.
Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and site activities.
Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN, and other lighting control systems
.Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies, and control networks.
Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers/suppliers
.Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging, and final handover.
Manage technical issues, variations, risks, and client requirements.
Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures
.Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and as-built information.
Required Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Traxon and other architectural lighting systems, DMX control platforms, lighting fixtures, control architecture, networking, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology - (Electrical & Electronics Communication)
Minimum 10 to 15 years field experience are required.
