Production Manager, Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements Allocate manpower machines and materials efficiently Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved Monitor machine performance and process parameters Supervise train and motivate production operators and technicians
Reduce scrap rejects and production waste Coordinate preventive maintenance activities Report machine faults and follow up on repairs Record downtime machine efficiency rejects and production output Maintain shift logs and production records Report production performance to management Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Participate in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma 5S or Kaizen initiatives Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in plastics manufacturing
- Experience with injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming, or related plastic processing operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
