Royal Technology Solutions (RTS) is seeking an experienced AV Programmer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Audio-Visual control solutions for enterprise, government, education, and commercial environments. This role is ideal for a highly skilled AV professional with strong expertise in control system programming, DSP integration, user interface design, and end-to-end project delivery.

As an AV Programmer, you will be responsible for the programming, integration, testing, commissioning, and optimization of sophisticated Audio-Visual systems across a variety of client environments. You will work closely with project managers, AV engineers, technicians, and customers to deliver reliable and intuitive control solutions built on platforms such as Crestron, AMX, and Extron. The role requires hands‑on expertise in DSP configuration, AV‑over‑IP technologies, video conferencing, broadcast systems, video walls, and integrated control systems.

You will play a critical role throughout the project lifecycle, from design reviews and site surveys to commissioning, troubleshooting, user training, and post‑installation support. • Develop, program, and deploy AV control solutions using Crestron, AMX, and Extron platforms.
• Design intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for touch panels, control stations, and user management systems.
• Integrate AV systems with audio, video, conferencing, lighting, broadcast, and third‑party technologies.
• Configure, commission, and optimize DSP systems including Biamp, QSC, Bose, and related platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, debugging, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV, networking, switching, audio, video, and control‑system issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery according to project specifications and timelines.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, schematics, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations for system implementation.
• Support installation teams during integration and commissioning activities.
• Deliver client training and technical handover sessions following project completion.
• Support live events and operate master control systems when required.
• Work with Video Walls, LED Walls, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, and Broadcasting solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, programming backups, and project records.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Crestron SIMPL/SIMPL+ and AMX programming.
• Minimum 3 years of DSP programming and configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in Crestron, AMX, Extron, Biamp, and QSC integration technologies.
• Experience designing and developing customized AV control system solutions.
• Strong understanding of AV control architectures and system integration methodologies.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, network switching, and AV‑over‑IP technologies.
• Experience integrating lighting control systems into AV environments.
• Strong GUI design experience for user‑friendly control interfaces.
• Practical knowledge of audio processing, video distribution, signal management, and conferencing technologies.
