* Job Purpose:

** Manage the daily operations of the Pressure and Temperature Transmitter Assembly Line. Coordinate with the Sales team and the Headquarter Group Manager to plan and execute daily, monthly, and annual production targets. Responsible for ensuring successful completion of external audits. Lead, train, and manage the production team to maintain a high-standard, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment.
** Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Design and maintain QMS records in alignment with drawings and requirements provided by the Design and Engineering Division.
* Develop and implement 5S, KANBAN, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for the assembly line.
* Identify training needs and conduct training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality output from the team.
* Establish a forecasting mechanism in coordination with the Sales team and maintain optimum inventory levels; report periodic inventory status to management.
* Coordinate with the Sales team and customers to facilitate inspections and ensure successful order release for shipment.
* Ensure strict adherence to established processes and procedures during external audits.
* Always maintain the shop floor in full compliance with 5S standards.
* Conduct regular meetings with the Quality Assurance and Safety departments to ensure the QMS system remains updated and effectively implemented.
** Accountability:
*** Responsible for all key performance metrics of the line, including Quality, Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
* Lead the training, development, and motivation of the production team to ensure high performance and skill growth.
* Ensure timely completion of jobs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations.
* Maintain and update drawing records provided by the Design Team to ensure full compliance with ATEX/FM guidelines.
* Report periodically to the Headquarters Management Team online performance, including order status and sales plan.
* Adhere to and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment for self and all team members.
** Qualification and Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Industrial/Mechatronics.
* Knowledge of Pressure/Temperature or Flow measuring instruments.
* Familiarity with Yokogawa product is an added advantage.
* Prior experience in an electronic equipment assembly line is desirable.
* Working experience or knowledge of any ERP system is desirable.
** Competencies
* ** Proficient in handling electrical and mechanical tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Good understanding of electrical equipment operation and awareness of potential hazards associated with improper handling.
* Basic exposure to programming languages (preferably .NET Framework)
