The Production Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities on the bottling and packaging line to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead production operators and line workers during assigned shifts.
Plan and coordinate daily production activities according to the production schedule.
Ensure production targets, output volumes, and efficiency KPIs are achieved.
Monitor bottling, filling, capping, labeling, coding, packing, and palletizing operations.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the Maintenance Team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Conduct line start-up, changeover, shutdown, and product changeover activities as required.
Identify production losses, bottlenecks, and quality issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and production consumables.
Ensure effective manpower allocation across production lines
Train, coach, and motivate production operators to improve performance
Diploma or bachelor's degree in food technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
3–5 years of production experience
, preferably in bottled water, soft drinks, juices, dairy beverages, or FMCG manufacturing.Strong practical knowledge of bottling and beverage production lines
.Experience with production line changeovers, cleaning, sanitation, and troubleshooting
Good understanding of production KPIs such as OEE, line efficiency, downtime, rejection rate, waste, and production output
leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills
