The Head of Mechanical Manufacturing is responsible for leading CNC machining, surface treatment, and mechanical manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role oversees production delivery, capacity planning, industrialization, operational performance, and cross-functional coordination to meet business and customer requirements.

• Lead CNC machining, surface treatment, and manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage production planning, capacity, manpower, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure production readiness for new products, including tooling, processes, materials, and manufacturing documentation.
• Oversee third-party engineering and industrialization partners, ensuring timely and effective technical support.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including output, utilization, downtime, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery performance.
• Drive quality, compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead, develop, and manage manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards while maintaining equipment reliability and operational continuity.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within CNC machining, mechanical manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production
