Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and tend manufacturing machinery and equipment on the production line according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products regularly to identify defects, deviations, or quality issues, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
• Assembly & Packaging: Safely assemble parts, handle materials, and package finished goods correctly for shipping or storage.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine minor maintenance, clean equipment and work spaces, and troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Production Tracking: Accurately record production data, output counts, and downtime logs in shift reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Communication: Should be fluent in english
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production line environment is preferred (on-the-job training will be provided).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/move heavy objects safely.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on product quality and safety protocols.
