We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and spray painting various surfaces (metal, aluminum, wood, or industrial equipment) to high quality and aesthetic standards. You will work as part of our technical refinishing team to deliver smooth, flawless finishes while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Skills- echnical Painting Expertise: Proficient in conventional, airless, and HVLP spray equipment operations.
- Surface Preparation: Strong experience in sanding, chemical cleaning, masking, filling, and priming technique.
- Color Matching & Mixing: Knowledge of mixing proportions, thinners, catalysts, and polyurethane/epoxy coatings.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve uniform layer thickness and detect minor surface imperfections.
- Safety Awareness: Solid knowledge of chemical safety, ventilation standards, and proper usage of PPE/respirators.
- Time Management: Able to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while meeting project deadlines.
