Our client is currently hiring for the position of Production Engineer.
Job Description is as follows-
- Plan and oversee daily production operations to achieve output and quality targets.
- Update Daily Jacketing Backlog and as well as Ancillaries Backlog.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced waste.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material and process readiness.
- Ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards; coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and testing.
- Track production metrics such as output, downtime, and rejection rates; prepare regular reports.
- Monitor equipment performance, plan preventive maintenance, and address technical issues Promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; promote a safe working environment.
- Supervise, guide, and train production operators and technicians to maintain productivity and morale.
- Contribute to cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives, supporting company growth and innovation.
