About the job Operator-Main Pulpit (Steel Industry)
Must Have Steel Industry Experience
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities requiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- Knowledge on basic principles of mill process automation.
- Basic knowledge in rolling operation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good written and command of English.
- Communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Safety awareness and teamwork.
Diploma in Engineering
Any preferred professional trainingDiploma holder in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
- Rolling mill operation
- Basics of process automation
Minimum of 5 years' experience as Main pulpit operator in bar and rod mill.
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations- Shop floor experience in rolling mills.
