Technician; Resin Mix

• Responsible for the safe manufacture of Epoxy Resins in the Mixer Area

including the preparation of all raw materials and equipment.

• Use and interaction with HMI controlled semi-automated equipment and

machinery.

• Packaging resin products and moving to the storage area.

• Using SAP and scanning devices to track, move, produce, consume and label all materials and products throughout the plant.

• Secondary duties include verifying procedures were followed and material

storage instructions are adhered to.

• Best practice working to ensure the highest possible quality for our customers

and elimination of FOD in the work area.

• Taking material samples on behalf of the Quality department as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in chemical operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a manufacturing or production environment, specifically with chemical mixing or resin formulation.
• Familiarity with material safety data sheets (MSDS) and safe handling of industrial chemicals.
• Strong understanding of measurement techniques and ability to perform precise calculations.
