We are seeking an Assembly Technician to support one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
.
- Composite & Mechanical Assembly: Perform drilling, reaming, countersinking, sealing, trimming, and fastener installation on composite components and structures.
- Jig & Automated Operations: Execute assembly in assembly jigs, out-of-jig setups, and final assembly using semi-automatic/automatic equipment.
- Technical Compliance: Read engineering drawings and technical work instructions to carry out composite assembly tasks accurately.
- Continuous Improvement & HSE: Apply Lean practices (5S, Kaizen) to improve process efficiency and adhere to plant safety and environmental standards.
- Education: High School Diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Experience: 3-5 years of aerospace composite/structural assembly experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in aerospace hand tool use, composite trimming/sealing, fastener installation, assembly jig methods, and technical drawing interpretation.
