Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes ensuring efficiency and productivity and implementing quality control measures This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
• Conduct time studies to determine optimal work methods
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to reduce waste and increase output
• Monitor production data and make adjustments as needed
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and logistics to streamline operations
• Train employees on new processes and procedures
• Continuously monitor and evaluate systems for potential improvements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD Minitab or ERP systems
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology is a plus
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
