Work as per daily Production Schedule given by the Lead Steel Fabricator.
Positions, aligns, fits and welds together parts.
Verifies conformance of work piece to specifications, using square, ruler, and measuring tape.
Adhere to company HSE policy / procedures and report any unsafe practise (if found) to the immediate supervisor.
Performs any other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is the foundational educational requirement.
- Completion of a certified welding program or apprenticeship, focusing on advanced welding techniques, is highly preferred.
- Holding relevant welding certifications, such as AWS D1 for structural welding, demonstrates a commitment to quality.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience as a welder, with specific exposure to EPPI or similar advanced arc welding processes.
