- Prepare reports, technical summaries, action trackers, discrepancy logs, production-impact assessments, and improvement recommendations.
- Support prototype builds, pilot runs, industrialization activities, production transfers, process-improvement projects, and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, ISO standards, company procedures, and audit-readiness requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technical environments.
- Knowledge of production processes, shop-floor operations, technical documentation, and manufacturing principles.
- Exposure to ERP systems, SAP/MES, production orders, routing management, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Understanding of OEE/OLE, HSE requirements, ISO standards, audit readiness, and production performance monitoring is preferred.
