To assist in size pass changing activities thus utilizing the in delay which occurred the shift Ensure coils falling smoothly into the reforming tub to avoid rings stuck up To inform Senior Roller if head orientation of coil in cooling conveyor is abnormal Monitor and guide the head and tail of coils continuously during production To trim the head and tail of coil according to the number of rings to be removed To inset the tags properly on each coil To keep the work area always clean and tidy Follow all management directives regulations and policies relating to safety quality health and environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contd Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo work as per Shift Supervisor instruction either at reforming pit area trimming station or tagging as required
Knowledge Skills and or Abilities required To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required- Knowledge in gas cutting operation
- Good command of English
- Safety awareness and team work
- Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
- Higher Secondary
- Any preferred professional training
- Professional Experience (Must haves)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field
- Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations
- Maximum of two stuck up per shift in reforming pit area.
- Two mistakes in one month of not following instruction of number of rings to be removed.
- One mistake in one month of failing to insert tags in coil
- Zero accident.
