- Oversee daily production operations related to interior fit-out signage kiosk manufacturing metal fabrication woodwork acrylic works and advertising projects
- Plan schedule and monitor production activities to ensure jobs are completed on time while maintaining the required quality standards
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively supervising workers technicians fabricators carpenters welders and helpers according to production requirements
- Monitor production progress identify delays and coordinate with the Design Project Estimation Stores and Installation teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures ensuring proper use of PPE and safe operation of machinery and equipment
- Lead motivate and guide production workers to improve productivity teamwork discipline and work quality
- Monitor material usage control wastage and ensure efficient utilization of manpower tools machinery and other resources
- Conduct regular performance reviews provide feedback to workers and identify training requirements to improve productivity and workmanship
- Inspect ongoing and completed jobs to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications measurements and quality standards
- Prepare daily production reports covering job progress manpower allocation completed work pending jobs and production delays
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Experience in signage, advertising, kiosk manufacturing, interior fit-out, metal fabrication, carpentry, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management, fabrication processes, quality control, and on-time project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage blue-collar workers, allocate manpower, and coordinate multiple production jobs simultaneously.
- Experience in process improvement, material cost control, production efficiency, and minimizing wastage.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, machinery operation, and PPE requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in production reporting and MS Office.
