Key Responsibilities- Manage daily joinery production activities and workflow.
- Supervise production staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- 3-5 years of UAE experience in joinery production management.
- Experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out production.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
