Job Responsibilities- Operate and monitor industrial water treatment plant systems and associated equipment.
- Monitor water quality parameters, including pH, TDS, total hardness, and conductivity.
- Operate and monitor pumps, cooling towers, filters, and chemical dosing systems.
- Perform routine inspections and report equipment faults or abnormal operating conditions.
- Collect water samples, maintain daily operational logs, and prepare water analysis reports.
- Monitor flow rates, pressure, temperature, and water levels.
- Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Follow HSE policies, operating procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in water treatment or utility operations.
- Experience in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of water treatment chemicals, chemical dosing, and water quality monitoring.
- Experience with RO systems or industrial water treatment plants is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts
