Hello Chef is building a world-class food operation focused on quality, safety, and consistency.

We’re hiring a Butcher to prepare and portion meat and fish to high standards. This is a hands‑on role for people who care about clean work, correct cuts, and food safety.

You’ll work on the production floor as part of a structured team, reporting to the Senior Butcher.

• Food Safety & Hygiene:
  Follow food safety, hygiene, cleaning, sanitisation, equipment changeover, and opening/closing procedures.
• Product Accuracy & Quality:
  Cut, portion, label, and pack meat and fish exactly to specification.
• Yield & Production Discipline:
  Minimise waste, follow production plans, and support the team wherever needed, including cleaning and equipment preparation.

• At least 2 years of hands‑on meat cutting, trimming and portioning experience, preferably in a commercial butchery or food‑production facility
• Willingness to support all production activities, including cleaning, sanitisation and equipment preparation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
• Reliable team player in a production environment
• Conversational English (able to understand instructions and communicate clearly on the floor)
