Position: CNC Operator
Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE
We re looking for a passionate and skilled CNC Operator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling and machining centres to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications and machining instructions.
- Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, work pieces and selecting appropriate machining parameters.
- Load CNC programs and make necessary adjustments to machining parameters, tool offsets and cutting speeds.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure components are manufactured according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges and other precision tools.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, inspection reports and job completion documentation.
- Follow aerospace manufacturing standards, safety procedures, quality requirements and workplace 5S practices.
- Coordinate with production engineers, quality inspectors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Ensure minimal material wastage and achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.
Working Days: 05 days/week
Experience
Required:
Minimum 03 years in relevant field.
