Events and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develops annual marketing and event plans with clear budgets and KPIs.
• Leads end‑to‑end sponsor ships, event activations, and brand campaigns.
• Ensures all activities align with brand and business priorities.
• Evaluates sponsorship effectiveness, ensuring strong ROI and brand visibility.
• Works with agencies and vendors to deliver cost‑efficient and impactful marketing outputs.

• Works closely with Sales, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Experience teams.
• Secures contributions and joint marketing support where required.

• Guides and supports the marketing team to improve capability, performance, and output.
• Sets goals, reviews performance, and provides coaching.

• 5–7+ years in Marketing, preferably in events, sponsor ships, and brand management.
• Experience in automotive, sports, sponsor ships, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Proven track record in planning and evaluating marketing ROI.
• Experience managing customer engagement or loyalty programs is a plus.

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Budget planning and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Creative, strategic, and customer‑focused approach.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic preferred.

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Master’s or certified training in brand, digital, or event management is an advantage.

• Polished and professional presentation.
• Confident, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
