Our client desire to remain confidential - they are a large player operating in the B2B Technology sector with their office in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives, drive growth, and enhance the company's brand presence
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company goals and brand identity
- Develop and execute thought leadership strategy to enhance the company's position as a thought leader within the Industry
- Design, develop, and deliver persuasive presentations that articulate product value propositions, market insights, and strategic narratives
- Lead the design and execution of creative communication, branding, promotional activities, and events in collaboration with key business partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and service providers
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Direct and oversee market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and marketing and communications policies and procedures
- Lead and ensure consistency across all external communications in line with the company's brand guidelines
- Direct the creation of press releases, executive speeches, and all digital and social media content
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, collateral, presentations, and briefings that communicate consistent, branded messages tailored to targeted audiences, with a strong focus on measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
- Develop and manage exhibition and event strategies from concept through delivery
- Establish and manage internal and public-facing media archives, email communications, and mailing lists
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and guide continuous improvement
- Bachelor degree in a Marketing field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading marketing teams, preferably within a B2B Tech organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proven experience working with and analyzing market research data and reports to inform strategy and decision-making
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects and promoting cross-functional business initiatives
- Experience working with contracts, vendors, and procurement strategies
- Proven ability to support the planning and execution of large-scale events and exhibitions
- Working knowledge of media relations and press release development
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to initiate, manage, and complete projects collaboratively while enabling team leaders
- Demonstrated ability to handle matters requiring diplomacy, sensitivity, and confidentiality
